Pipercross Intake Kit PK424DRY Gen.4 – Hyundai i30N (PDE)

The fourth generation of the Pipercross intake kits PK424DRY sets new standards for the Hyundai i30NBuilding on the proven performance of Gen.3, the system has been optimized in several areas – for even better fit, higher efficiency and simplified installation.

What's new compared to Generation 3?

• Optimized intake manifold – Uses the vehicle's original blow-off hose for near-OEM integration without additional adapters. The upper bracket has also been significantly reinforced.
• Revised shielding plate – Now two-piece and bolted together instead of welded. The intake pipe is guided through the heat shield and secured – vibration cracks are a thing of the past.
• No more separate pipe bracket – The new design eliminates the need for an additional bracket. Easier assembly, greater stability, and a cleaner appearance.
• Part Type Approval (TTG) included – No separate parts certificate required, no entry in the vehicle registration documents. Simply carry the documents with you – that's it.

Registration & Road Traffic Regulations Information

This kit comes with a Component Type Approval (TTG) delivered – the successor to the classic ABE (General Operating Permit). A modification approval according to the German Road Traffic Act (StVZO) is not required; it is sufficient to carry the supplied documents in the vehicle.

The combination with the Milltek ECE exhaust system MSHY103 (e24*540/2014*540/2014A*0069*00) has been checked and confirmed by the TTG – no change approval is necessary here either.

Compatibility with other attachments has not been tested. Please consult an expert or testing engineer beforehand.
